Overview

Timothy Wieneke's building consulting authority draws on hands-on construction field experience beginning in the early 1990s, licensed general contractor status in North Carolina and as a Florida Certified Residential Contractor, and more than 20 years of property damage estimating and insurance claims work, plus over 10 additional years of construction field experience. Engagements draw on a wide range of loss types, building systems, and construction methods.

Work performed includes forensic investigations for both property and casualty claims and surety matters, scope and condition analysis, causation assessment, and documentation of findings in written reports suitable for claims handling, litigation, or appraisal.
